Özgür Tarım A.Ş. is established on Saruhanlı /
Manisa address and producing products on this area of
20.000 m2. The produced products are the
sultanas/raisins. And the product types are Type
7, 8, 9, 10, 11, thompson and with the sizes of
small, medium, jumbo and standard and with
the quality of A, B, C, RTU and the customers’
special specifications. It is the policy of Özgür’s that
the food produced will be safe, legal and satisfy not
only our customer’s needs but also those of the various
legal authories that have an interest.
In order to achieve this aim we shall employ these
internationally recognised standarts:
- ISO 9001:2000
- HACCP
- BRC
These standards will guide us in the production of safe
foods at the factory level, while farmers and growers
will be encouraged to use the Eurepgap system in
their own production.

Our food safety system and this policy extends selecting
and advising all suppliers up to and including the sale
to the ultimate consumer. In particular our HACCP
system will consider all risks to food (physical,
chemical and biological) and assessments. Identified
risks to food will be controlled.
All foods produced at Ozgurs will be subject to this
policy. |
